Five stars for John! He’s incredibly welcoming and clearly has a talent for what he does. He introduced us to a custom drink he called a venti passion (or as I like to call it, 'Johnny’s Passion'), and it was delicious. Best service I’ve had at Starbucks in a long time!
Horrible attitude by the young lady , she started doing my order wrong so I canceled my order people need to learn costumer service very disappointed that Starbucks hires people with such nasty attitude and no costumer service she should be fired without a doubt I should of checked before stopping here , no wonder this Starbucks has such horrible reviews
Walked to the counter with the woman still there. She sees me and walks away for a good 5-8 minutes. Comes back and makes my drink completely wrong. I mention it and she just laughs. This is my second time having a bad experience with this person.
