It is a challenge to get a green tea latte made right, and this store knows how!
Counter service at this location has gone downhill since they added the drive-thru. Twice in a week we waited almost fifteen minutes for a single drink; in both instances there were between 6-10 employees working behind the counter and we were the only customers in the store. Meanwhile multiple cars passed through the drive-thru window—they seem to be prioritizing drive-thru customers over customers inside the store. My advice: run in to use the restroom, then get back in your car and go through the drive-thru.
Very unprofessional and slow five people working all of them looking around and talking Il come to this gas station very often at least three to four times a week never had this experience at this Starbucks gas station at BP /British petroleum!!
Extremely slow all the workers fraternizing and horse playing around never coming back!!
