Ordered an espresso which should be fairly quick and easy to make. Proceeded to stand there for 10 to 12 minutes. Watched as at least six people that ordered after me got their drinks and left . As I'm waiting I noticed a small cup sitting in the back counter that I'm always served my espresso in. I kept an eye on the cup figuring that that was my drink that they just were not giving to me.
