I stopped in to grab a snack and URGENTLY USE THE RESTROOM, there is a restroom code, I asked if I could use the restroom before I ordered (I didn't know what I wanted yet, also they're usually out of quite a few things by this point of the day), the young staff person reluctantly turned from conversation with another staff member and said I had to order first with an attitude. Great coffee and food!
I didnt have to wait in line. I only had to wait for my order for 3 minutes. And they said "have a great day!" And they put a smiley face on my cup. I've never been here before. There was trash on the table that I threw away.
Wouldn't let me charge my phone and harassed me until I left because I didn't purchase anything. I explained that I needed it for work and still kicked me out with 2 people in the whole store. If you treat people like animals, expect reviews like this. I will never go to Starbucks again. I have come to this store before many times for years when it was still across the street and never had a problem.
