The drinks, earlier 6:48, it's okay, but it seems they needed more training on drinks or be supervised. Not only doing samples mid doing the drinks? Like really? Mid of making drinks, do that on your time when no one is there. Took over 10-15 minutes, Frappuccino doesn't take that long because it's usually 30-38 seconds, ours were watered down not even frozen, I understand if it's different in the ice.
