I have been going to this Starbucks for 4 years and the last year has been HELL they never get my drink right and then I’m wrong when I want them to remake ,and the big problem is that it’s the same exact drink that cost 17.96 AND THEY JUST DONT HAVE IT IN THEM OR THEY DONT LIKE MY KIND

Slowest Starbucks on earth …. Truly just slow …. Im not a fan how they want you to pay for expensive drinks and extra tip on that … especially when it’s slow and I have been waiting forever
Served cold pikes place this morning. Light flashing on pot so clearly well beyond hold time….asked the female presenting partner if they had a fresh pot because it’s cold and got the reply “I don’t know who brewed that”, flippantly, almost like I was bothering her. She then offered to make an americano (coffee drinkers don’t want an americano, would have ordered that if so) or make me wait 5-7 minutes to brew a fresh pot (which they should have done before this one expired).
