I had a gift card, stopped inside and the staff is Super friendly and Helpful! I sat down ad she brought my latte and pumpkin loaf to my table! Thank you!
Customer service was TERRIBLE. Unfriendly, rude and SLOW¡ I'll never go back to this location!! Furthermore, my drink tasted unlike the usual for this drink.
Don’t bother going to this store for any launches. Employees take the cups then lie about it. Will never go back to this location.
Fantastic staff, food and coffee! Been going most mornings since they opened. The past few weeks the scanner has not been working. This forces customers to lose out on reward points and use other forms of payment besides the Starbucks app. Today the app scanner did not work again, AND the credit card machine did not work. I just left without my drink because it’s not worth the hassle and went to the Starbucks off of Boughton and Route 53 and their system worked perfectly!
