This place is one of the worst Starbucks coffee shops. They are just thieves here for money. I bought one coffee for $3.19, but they charged me $8.19. This is all a scam. Please choose another place. Love this coffee shop! The employees all seem happy to be there and vibe well making the atmosphere that much better. Francesca runs a tight ship! Lucy and the others are always on the ball. We come every Saturday for an hour while my son has indoor baseball practice down the street
Workers are always going overboard with the ice. If you don’t specify, they’ll comfortably fill about 90% of the cup with ice. If you ask for light ice, they still fill anywhere from half the cup to about 75%. And if you ask for no ice, they just froth the drink so it foams up to the top. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to get the amount of drink I actually ordered. I’m paying for the drink AND tipping—so why am I getting a cup of ice with some drink instead of an actual drink?
