Met the nicest employees at Starbucks today. ZY (took my order) she was so sweet. I explained that the last time I picked up a strawberry Açaí refresher it wasn’t made well, way too much ice, not enough refresher, they were so kind & understanding & Megan made me the perfect one this afternoon. I ordered A Carmel Crunch Frap W/expresso shot ,The worker made my frappe then proceeded to pour the expresso shot onto my whip cream And when I asked her to remake it She still proceeded to be rude and make it wrong
