I have never had a bad experience with Starbucks but today I ordered through Doordash from this location after doing some investigation, I have severe food poisoning from my Iced Matcha. You guys need to check the dates on your product or how it’s being made — this is my goto order and I have never experienced this. If I do not feel better I will be going to the ER. I will also be calling tomorrow morning or going directly to speak to a manger.

I came here 2 days (08/23)-(08/24)in a row. The worker that was working didn’t acknowledge me, so I waited like 10 minutes and he still didn’t say anything to me. So I left. The next day, I walked in and seen that same guy but this time it was a lady also working. He was at the cashier and she was making the drinks. I noticed soon it was my turn in line, he tries to hurry up and walk away and leave the woman to work by herself. He has terrible customer service and very rude.
