If you want to be stolen from, come to this campus Starbucks. The price gaulging is insane. Want to sweeten up this bitter coffee? Be prepared to pay 0.80 per pump. Yes you heard that right. $0.80 per pump. I ordered a grande pecan hot latte. Already comes with 4 pumps. For me to order 4 more they charge me for the entire 8 pumps. Followed the instructions well.
Went an hour before closing, waited for 15 minutes to finally be served because all 5 of the staff were in the back gossiping. I had to yell out hello multiple times for them to know I was there. The place was also a mess and they were not apologetic in the slightest. I also asked for something and ignored me. Just horrible customer service overall. I get it’s college students but come on. Basic decency would be nice.
