Went an hour before closing, waited for 15 minutes to finally be served because all 5 of the staff were in the back gossiping. I had to yell out hello multiple times for them to know I was there. The place was also a mess and they were not apologetic in the slightest. I also asked for something and ignored me. Just horrible customer service overall. I get it’s college students but come on. Basic decency would be nice.
I asked for a peach green tea no lemonade and they still gave me lemonade, I am extremely allergic to lemons
Surprised that a Starbucks near a University isn’t open later. Where do people study late at night? Or throughout the night?
15 minutes for a coffee it's watered down beyond belief mostly foam and a they left an inch on the top for my whipped cream. Now I find out they closed the bookstore Starbucks and I have to go to this one all the time
You could literally walk to the Starbucks off campus and get your drink there, and walk all the way back before this place finishes your order.
