I ordered a coffee with strawberry cold foam when the lady gave it to me there was a whole gap between the top the drink was not even close to filled. I don’t understand if i am ordering something i expect to get it filled. it
Well, I've have given them try after try but I think i'm officially done with Starbucks. They used to have great holiday drinks (and drinks in general), but now, all you get is a cup of warm milk with something sprinkled in it. They're actually on the verge of being undrinkable. Decided to leave two stars instead of one because the lady there was nice. But honestly, the drinks themselves are one star. Had the gingerbread latte. Do not recommend.
La chica que abrió este sábado no es muy amable.... faltaba un minuto para las 6 y le pregunté si ya podía hacer una orden y me dijo que aun no estaba abierto y unos segundos después de que me di la vuelta encendieron las luces del Starbucks y ya no me atreví a preguntar si estába abierto y tampoco la barista me dijo que ya podia hacer la orden....
Never more than one person working, very long wait times.
Everytime that I visit this particular Starbucks if Gabby is working I know that I’ll be taken care of. She’s extremely nice and gives the best customer service. Today they were out of the drink i requested and she made me something similar. Not sure what it was but she is always going above and beyond. Thanks Gabby!
