Laurie the manager here did not deliver on customer care or promise of connection. This company needs to rethink their approach to their employees and who they are promoting to management. I was the only one in the drive thru line and I waited over 5 minutes for a sandwich and water. When I got to the window there was no hello, no smile. Acted like I was inconveniencing this person. Insane. I won’t be coming back to this location and I will be reporting to corporate.
My go to location. They're friendly and always know me and my dogs.
The worst possible humans work here, they legit don’t care.
The restroom policy is ridiculous. I spent $50 at a different Starbucks at 10am on our way to gymnastics meet. On the way home, I have 2 little girls who needed to use the restroom, so we went to this Starbucks. Its ridiculous that I can spend that much money on coffee, but I'll need to spend more money at their location if 2 little girls want to use the restroom.
