I asked for a drink in a larger cup and they said they didn't have a button for it. I didn't understand why they couldn't just verbally ask for the larger cup so I was disappointed. Then when I received my drink it was not correct, it was supposed to be a chai tea with sweet cream foamy phone but it just tasted like milk. I've been here several times but this time it was disappointing.
Extra light ice means extra LIGHT, NOT extra MORE. Pay attention to orders. Specifocally asked couple times to make it very light ice, even left a tup. Still screwed up the order. Really...

22 mins in the drive through to get a tall espresso Frappuccino- and there were 2 cars in front of me. Shocking. I will never stop at this location again!
