Quick but better if you go inside. The line can be ridiculous. Service people for the most part are sweet, quick, and accurate. But not all. Overall this place is a good one.
I was disappointed at the customer service. There is a female there, maybe the manager, no one really spoke but her. She was very rude and defensive. I asked a question because I received an update, order was ready for pick up inside. I went inside and waited about 10 minutes. Then I said, "Excuse me, I had received a message my order was ready but it's not here. Showing my phone and asked is it being made now?" She practically ripped my head off. I got a Summer Berry 20 oz they gave it tome like 15 oz of ice when and then I ask the lady and she toldme that the drink came with Ice so basically I paid for ice cubes on a cup with a little zip of summer berry drink🥵
