I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer for years and have always had positive experiences, up until recently at this location. I ordered an iced caramel latte, and when my name was called and an iced latte was placed on the counter, I assumed it was mine and took it. I didn’t realize until later that my order had accidentally been rung up as a hot drink. Been to this location 4 times, every time they take my order while looking at the cash in my hand, ask my name tell me the total and then say “oh sorry we’re not taking cash right now.” Cashless Starbucks I guess
