The young woman names Aaya working there this morning went above and beyond to make our experience wonderful! My kids couldn’t stop talking about how nice she was. She has a perfect understanding of what customer service is about! I want to make sure she is noticed for her efforts.
I had a poor customer experience ordering from your Starbucks location this morning. When I went to pick up my drink, I noticed it was barely over half way full. I asked Adriana, the barista working, if she could please just fill it to the top with more oatmilk, however she refused to. She told me she would not do that since I ordered no ice in my drink, saying that if she added more milk that would make it a larger size drink and I would need to pay. Nice to find a starbucks and have cold drink in the midst of such a hot day. This place was clean, nice staff and plenty of sitting tables. We enjoyed taking a break and recharged before continuing with the rides
