Carlos and entire staff are extremely helpful and they contend with a busy location (lobby) that stays open until 11 p.m. and a drive-thru that stays open until 11:30. They are also well stocked with food. Great job! Update 3/2025: Manager Hannah and entire staff very friendly and on 3/22/25, the staff stepped up to help shelter a victim of Domestic Violence that happened at their location - well done.
I’ve been a rewards member since 2009. I’m an Uber driver and I go to Starbucks twice a day. I’d be rich if I had put the money into savings that I’ve spent on Starbucks! I went thru the drive thru today because it was pouring. I drank my tea in the car and once the rain let up, I went inside to use the bathroom. They told me I couldn’t use it if I didn’t purchase anything. I told them to ask the lady working the drive thru & she confirmed that I paid for a drink.
