Very disappointing experience. The employee who helped us was extremely unfriendly, didn’t greet us, and showed zero interest in providing good service. Coming to Starbucks should be a pleasant experience, but the attitude we received made us feel unwelcome. If customer service matters at all, this is something that seriously needs to be addressed.
Terrible coffee. Mine was extremely bitter, even though it was supposed to have caramel syrup, which I couldn’t taste at all. The staff overall were polite, but one employee was rude and refused to fix the issue when my friend received a large cappuccino that was only half full. A third friend ordered a latte and it felt like they just poured milk instead of actually making a latte. Please don’t ask for tips upfront if you’re not ready to provide decent service!

been here 10ish times in 1 year, no wait (fast), and plenty of seating. reccomendation: if asking for customizations, say them twice or very slow because seriously fr half the time (out of 10ish times total) 1 thing is wrong - it's a pattern. (i haven't asked staff to remake it tho)
