Asked for them to remake a drink bcz curdled milk at the bottom. They said they’d remake it but they handed me back the same drink.
Walk up at 7:58 and the young girl says we're closed thru the window. . . . Wow. Ok. Ill never be back!!!!! That's how much Starbucks values its CUSTOMERS! nothing was put up. A car just left the drive thru! Wasted my time and my gas that a sorry won't give me back. Maybe if I wore a rainbow or fish hook in my nose id have been served and you would have profitted. Getting off 2 min early is worth throwing a customer away.
