Genuinely the worst experience ever a particularly large presumably mexican woman employee was giving me looks and making snarky comments about me and laughing?!? Unprofessional and disrespectful staff here who can’t even make a decent drink. don’t waste ur time here!!

This Starbucks is a complete disappointment. I come here almost every day, but when I asked for a simple cup of ice water, I was told I couldn’t have one unless I bought something that day. Even after explaining I’m a regular customer and had purchased items yesterday, the cashier dismissed me and said it “doesn’t matter” and suggested I buy a cake pop if I wanted water.
