I usually come by on weekends to enjoy a cup of coffee, and it has always been a pleasant experience. However, this morning I received my drink in a cup that appeared to have already been used. It was very dirty, which was both surprising and confusing. Frankly, I found it quite unbelievable and unacceptable.
