WORST STARBUCKS IN SM!! the experience was so bad, it felt like they were forced to serve me, had an interaction with the employee stens they made my drink wrong and when i asked for a remake she kept sighing in anger rolling her eyes and being rude!! made me feel so uncomfortable and not welcomed at all!!!! 😡 STARBUCKS PLEASE HIRE PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY KNOWS customer service..😡
Everything was great, as always! I really love this place, but this time I especially noticed the beautiful artwork and the large windows that make the space feel so bright and welcoming. There is plenty of seating, and I appreciate that they have gluten-free options available. My usual order is a marshmallow treat and a cappuccino — always a perfect combination! ☕✨ A lovely place to relax, enjoy the atmosphere, and spend some time.
I’ve visited around 50 Starbucks locations across Los Angeles, and unfortunately, this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I honestly feel uncomfortable asking for simple customizations because the employees at the register often act like it’s an inconvenience. I don’t know what is wrong with the baristas here, whether it’s a lack of training or mere negligence, but I have been given the wrong drink more times than I can count. I am allergic to dairy and have had many upset stomachs because of their failure to make the drink properly with oat milk like I order. Be careful when ordering here.
