I ordered my favorite drink: a peppermint mocha frappuccino with coconut milk, no whipped cream. Where is the peppermint? No, peppermint!
Bought coffee, sat down. Rude manager barista decides to marginalize my girlfriend an I. Tells us that supposedly interracial relationships aren't cool, all quiet like. Then says we are going to have to go, because she doesn't want us influencing children. Just wow.
Don’t really understand upper management, but they fired a beloved employee named Jimmy, because he was pro unionizing this location I think. Not sure of all the details but I know he was fired for political reasons and not bad performance. I’m going to stop patronizing this location. In fact, this might be the actual time that I Don’t drink Starbucks anymore. Avoid this location though. Show that we support the staff and not the management or ownership!!!
quick drive thru and really nice staff! I ordered my usual hot London fog and sometimes other places make it kind of bitter tasting but this one was perfect! I had an issue with my card and the staff was very patient and kind w helping me. The girl gillian and I think their name is vallin were really nice to me. just moved here and will be coming back for sure!
One star. My order was wrong, and when I asked for it to be fixed, the employee gave me an ultimatum: give the food back or keep the wrong order and “call it good.” When I returned it so I could get what I actually ordered, he rudely threw all of the food straight into the trash in front of us. The attitude was disrespectful and the waste was disturbing, especially considering how many people go hungry. Completely unacceptable customer service.
