If someone is ordering 20 minutes ahead, it’s not reason it shouldn’t be ready upon walk in. To tell me yall are understaffed and I come in and yall aren’t moving with a fast pace is ridiculous. To not even had started my order. People have to get to class, that’s the purpose of yall placement. Will never order here again.
They took 20 minutes to make my drink and when I got it it tasted like nothing. Complete waste of my money... Don't go here if you're inna time crunch. Go to a better Starbucks location if you can...
takes at least 20 minutes plus schedule pick up time, half the workers clearly don’t know what they are doing and just wander around when there are 20 people trying to pickup drinks.
every time ive gone here they mess up my order after making me repeat it 4+ times. they also take much longer than other starbucks on campus. The employees always look stressed or are complaining its hot behind the counter. It seems like they arent hiring enough people or something. Its also always dirty in there like sticky from spilled drinks.
