I am not giving this Starbucks a bad review because of my drink, the wait (I get it, it’s always busy), or the employees. I am giving a bad review because I have been 3 times this week and the girl manager (one with tattoos) was insanely rude to her employees every. single. time. I understand that the long lines and high rate of orders can be stressful but it’s not okay to yell at anyone. Please have some human decency and treat your employees with kindness! That is all!
Waited in line for 15 minutes, only to be told that they had to brew more coffee and it would be another 5 minutes.
This Starbucks has a great location inside the UNC Charlotte Student Union. The surrounding campus is beautiful, and I especially like the outdoor seating area with comfortable chairs, green umbrellas, flowers, and a nice view of the university buildings. If someone is ordering 20 minutes ahead, it’s not reason it shouldn’t be ready upon walk in. To tell me yall are understaffed and I come in and yall aren’t moving with a fast pace is ridiculous. To not even had started my order. People have to get to class, that’s the purpose of yall placement. Will never order here again.
