I’m so disappointed. I don’t even know why I keep coming back to this place. Today I even made a point of giving clear instructions so they would at least listen to me, but they still made the coffee almost undrinkable. I ordered an iced caramel macchiato, and they make it wrong every single time. I’ve had the same drink at other locations, and it tastes amazing, but at this place it’s always terrible. Barista after I ordered and she was getting ready to make my drink look at me said can I help you, I said that’s my drink just making sure you make it like in order since you didn’t take or hear me, then proceeded to not follow the order I like my drink made. We spent about 50 mins in there waiting for a pistachio loaf and one coffee… I watched 2 people walk out and walk back in because their orders were incorrect. 7 people at the counter area and it looked like maybe 3 were really hustling to make it happen. They didn’t take my name for the order- not that it mattered because they weren’t calling the names out anyway….this caused a lot of crowding and up/down for people looking for their order.
