I try not to make it a habit of writing any bad reviews because I understand that work can an overload at times yet the time I was morning and there were maybe 4 people in the store. I ordered a double espresso this Saturday. I waited 5 minutes, 10, then 20 minutes passed and I walked away. one of the worst ones in charlotte, you’d be better off going to harris teeter for that starbucks.
The staff never seem happy and they aren’t friendly. I’ve walked in sometimes to get a mobile order, they look at me, and don’t even acknowledge me. I’ll wait at the counter to order, no one says hello, and they just say “what can I get you” with no greeting. I’ll be the only one waiting on a drink and they just place it on the counter and don’t even look up. Kind of strange. Slowest Service Ever. I don't come to this Starbucks location often but each time that I have and placed an online order, I arrive to find a long line at the window and a group of people inside who are also waiting for their orders. I always end up waiting 20 -30 minutes even tho I ordered ahead of time. Not to mention my drink was made rushed so it didn't taste good.
