Well another Kroger coffee shop named Starbucks you can't depend on listed times being right. Generally the quality lacks at Kroger Starbucks but what does it matter if it isnt open.
Please be sure your worker know how to make the tea menu that has to be steeped. I went in today, and felt so bad the girl didn't know how to make a london fog. I just got cold milk with tea bags floating in it. Tea was never steeped first. It was not her fault for not being trained well.
Extremely disappointing experience. I’ve visited this location twice now and both times I’ve been completely ignored until someone finally walks up to take my order. No greeting, no “I’ll be with you in just a moment” — just blank stares from the two younger lady employees as if I’m inconveniencing them by ordering coffee. I also ordered cold foam on my coffee, but I watched the barista put the whipped cream down and wasn’t sure if she put it in my drink. The lids for tue blenders should NEVER be laid down touching the counter. Tue6 can be laid up. I don't know what has been sitting on the counter.
