I was baffled today stuck in line was un able to move sat for over 20 minutes. To be put on hold another 10 minutes no apology or anything only taking 1 order at a time 10/19/25 at 3:00pm so ridiculous.Usually I have no problem and very fast and amazing service not today.
Well appointed location to have a cup of coffee with friends or a business partner, and to work remotely. Even quiet enough to have virtual business meetings!
Today 10/10/2025 7:40 Am drive thru, I patronized this business daily. Today, they rushed when they made my drink and was upset I asked for them to remake it. I get the same drink every morning nothing new is added. Although, the drive thru cashier was nice her coworkers weren't as nice. My drink looked horrible, and as someone who get the same drink and knows how it suppose to look I knew my drink was either over loaded with (milk) which I do not ask for or they shook up my cold foam.
