Amazing customer service. Even with system down, crew was very nice and polite. Food always good.
The baristas here need some basic training on customer relations. I went in and no one says anything or even give glimpse until I literally pressed in on the window to get an eye contact. I had already placed my order on the mobile order and wanted to use the restroom but it has a keypad and sign that says for paying customers only. I went up to the barista to ask for the code, they said it’s for paying customers and that I have to order or else I can’t use.
