02/28 : I have never had a bad experience with Starbucks but today I ordered through Doordash from this location after doing some investigation, I have severe food poisoning from my Iced Matcha. You guys need to check the dates on your product or how it’s being made — this is my goto order and I have never experienced this. If I do not feel better I will be going to the ER. 03/01 : I called today 8:10/8:15AM and Kalyn or Kaitlyn the Shift Lead was as horrible as this food poisoning. I’ll be reaching out to corporate.
