The Customer Service at this location is superb! All three of the ladies working today we’re extremely attentive and helpful!! And I loved that they had samples of the blueberry lemonade!
Incorrectly made drink.
This is my favorite Starbucks location in the Charlotte area! The staff is very friendly. And even though it is a chain shop, they have tried to make it feel more homey. They have a take-one-bring-one little bookshelf. And they have a board with pictures of the employee’s pets which adds a personal touch to the shop.
