Always a really long line.. they take an order one at a time and make it one at a time… always super slow and the workers are always rude when I’m there. By far the worst Starbucks I’ve been to
Asked for a drink and how I wanted it when i order the lady who i think was the manager gave me a look and didn’t like the way i ordered it (i’ve never had an issue anywhere else) The girls seem rude and like they don’t know what they are doing as they kept asking her how to make things, it took over 15 minutes for one drink. The workers are always eating and drinking as well which is ridiculous as they are also serving food. They all have long nails and wearing dangly jewelry. Order ahead is NEVER on so you have to go in store. Last two times I was here only one person working with a very long line. Today parked, went inside to get a coffee. Says they are open until 8:00 PM, it’s 7:00 PM and all the lights are out and they are closed. They closed the only drive-through Starbucks in town, from what I understand it was staffing issues. Maybe they should pay a competitive pay. I don’t see Caribou closing early and long wait lines to get coffee…just annoying!!
