Im remembered why I quit coming to this location. No inventory and poor service
This is the worst Starbucks I've ever visited. I placed a mobile order 15 minutes before arriving, but when I got to the counter, no one was there. After waiting 5 minutes with no service, I had to ask a Harris Teeter employee to find the only Starbucks staff member. When she finally appeared, she started prepping so slowly, as if she had just opened the shop for the day—at 5 PM! I will never come back here. I have been there twice. Staff messed up a very simple order both times. Both times the coffee had a weird taste to it....... different from any other Starbucks that I have been to.
The red-haired girl gave me a rude look when I ordered my drink. She didn’t seem welcoming at all and made me feel uncomfortable. I forgot her name
Caroline was so incredibly rude. Stared me and my sister down in disgust because i took less than 2 minutes to look at the menu to decide what i wanted.
