This is the only Starbucks I've seen that refuses to use the "personal cup" option. They use a plastic cup every time. It's a pain just knowing that all of my add ons don't fit in their cup, so I bring a 40 oz tumbler so there's plenty of space. I also use a personal cup because I'm outside all day for work and prefer my coffee iced.

HORRIBLE!!!!!! WHISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS. I WAS TRAPPED IN THIS FREAKING LINE FOR 15 MINUTES CAUSE ONCE YOU’RE IN IT YOU CAN’T GO ANYWHERE. IT MADE ME LATE FOR WORK AND THE GIRL AT THE WINDOW LAUGHED AT MY FRUSTRATION. THIS STARBUCKS SUCKS I SHOULD’VE WENT TO DUNKIN DOUGHNUTS. 05/14/26

This is my strawberry cold foam matcha. Looks disgusting and tastes awful. They argued this is how its supposed to look when Ive had this 20+ times and normally looks like a layer of pink cold foam. Worth the drive somewhere else if youre looking for good matcha.

Came to redeem my birthday drink this morning - I ordered a matcha with cold foam. The gentleman taking my order did not greet me or ask what I wanted, I had to start telling him my order after moments of awkward silence. He moved with no urgency & his attitude was extremely rude as I had asked for cold foam & sf vanilla, he rolled his eyes. The 2 girls making the drinks were super sweet, but upon trying my drink (already left, otherwise would have said something), the matcha was not even mixed - it was clumped up all below ... read more
