Came to redeem my birthday drink this morning - I ordered a matcha with cold foam. The gentleman taking my order did not greet me or ask what I wanted, I had to start telling him my order after moments of awkward silence. He moved with no urgency & his attitude was extremely rude as I had asked for cold foam & sf vanilla, he rolled his eyes. Great coffee and service
Guy who was taking orders the morning of Thanksgiving was so rude. He clearly messed up my order while taking it and made me pay. When I finally got my order, he put it in twice and both incorrectly. He was also pretty rude at the register. Not sure why they got rid of order ahead especially if you have people working the register doing it wrong on purpose it seemed?
Im remembered why I quit coming to this location. No inventory and poor service
This is the worst Starbucks I've ever visited. I placed a mobile order 15 minutes before arriving, but when I got to the counter, no one was there. After waiting 5 minutes with no service, I had to ask a Harris Teeter employee to find the only Starbucks staff member. When she finally appeared, she started prepping so slowly, as if she had just opened the shop for the day—at 5 PM!
