Very slow drive through line. Waited way too long in this line.
Today my fiance got me a match latte. Usually this would be my go to but today was definitely disappointing. I heard they go a new type of matcha but I would think it would be this bad.. my cup was clumpy. They definitely did not take the time to make sure the matcha is dissolved properly. As I took a sip, the chunks of matcha would be in mouth and it was very bitter and unpleasant. Idk about you but matcha shouldn’t be drank in clumps..
This is my second time experiencing a wrong order and the person making the drinks blaming me for ordering it "wrong" they take no accountability for their mistakes and on top of that they give me attitude. This starbucks and it's employees are just rude. I won't be spending any more of my money here.
