I don't appreciate some of the staff here. I will make a mobile order and then arrive to my drink made wrong and they'll gaslight me into thinking my order was wrong when it wasn't. This has happened 3 times now. The latest example: I purchased the new protein vanilla latte with foam, and I arrive to find my drink with no foam. I ask. Ordered Hot chocolate in the app ahead of time since I was picking up my kid and was in a hurry. Went to the drive-thru and I sipped my hotel chocolate which was not hot chocolate at all but coffee. Had to do a u-turn and went straight inside to tell them they got my order wrong. Instead of apologizing and making it right, they said "We gave you the right order, it is hot chocolate."
