What over 40 min employees had no response or ask who i was there for they all need to be retrained in customer service. At least they ciuld have gave me a time line so i could decide to cancel the delivery. Store was extremely busy cars around building and lobby was full of customers but they should still acknowledge there delivery drivers at the bare minimum, or do not do uber and door dash orders during busy season. No maes on doordash bags
Chloe was such a sweetheart. I'm having a horrible day, still haven't gotten paid, AND I was starting to get sleepy. Thankfully I had a reward and decided to stop. Chloe had excellent customer service and was beyond kind/patient. I came for the coffee and left having a much better day. Thank you Chloe!!! You deserve a raise.
Came here recently and one of the workers ( name tag said Julia ) was absolutely rude to her coworkers. She seemed to be barking orders instead of helping and it was giving bullying vibes . My drink was delicious and the others were so sweet but tainted by her sour attitude . Do better Starbucks ! Treat your employees with respect Julia!.
The loveliest staff I’ve ever met at ANY Starbucks! So happy I stopped by! :)
