Bad Attitude
I just ordered a grande drink and the guy before me ordered a Venti drink and I saw the male barista add water to our coffee to make it more than what it really was and now I’m drinking a watered down coffee…..
They closed the nice store ar the corner to keep this grocery store thing hidden in the back of a supermarket, depressing.
It is 93° outside and they refused to fill my personal water bottle with ice water. There was no line, and the baristas were just standing behind the bar talking to each other. Speaking as an ex barista, the customer service here is absolutely abhorrent.
They did not have cold brew. I asked for iced coffee instead and for them to comp an added shot of espresso. This is something I would do when I was a barista for Starbucks for my customers when we had ran out of cold brew and when they would request it. But Maily refused to comp the espresso shot and instead charged me instead after I had told her that it would be a nice solution.
