Very professional staff coffee was amazing
It was a very disappointing experience at Starbucks. We stopped by for the first time, hoping to grab a drink, only to be told that we would have to wait at least 30 minutes because there were more than 20 orders ahead of us. Come on, Starbucks — you have the data and resources to anticipate busy periods and manage staffing more effectively. Customers shouldn’t have to wait that long for a simple drink.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks. The customer service was terrible. The staff was rude, dismissive, and made me feel like I was an inconvenience instead of a customer. A simple interaction turned into a frustrating experience because no one seemed interested in helping or even being courteous. I understand that everyone has busy days, but there is no excuse for treating customers without respect.
