The quality of drinks and bakery items is consistent. Shout out to the staff. The were humourous and super friendly. Made the start to a Thursday great!!
Not sure what's been going on with customer service, but my wife and I stopped in there to get a couple drinks. She can't have too much caffeine and wanted a decaf iced coffee. As we're both former starbucks employees ourselves, it should always be available even if its not. We asked for a tall decaf iced coffee and they said they didn't have any. No mention of, we can make it and it'll take a few minutes or no alternatives to leave us satisfied. Either would've sufficed and left us happy. We understand of running out of thi... read more
Chris is the best at the High Ridge Stamford location! He made my daughter feel so special on her birthday and greets everyone so warmly!! Really the nicest!
