The iced tea is inconsistent. Many times it has the flavor of the last cold drink. Very off putting. Friendly staff.
I stopped by after work for a quick pick-me-up and a sweet treat, and Kim and Mabel absolutely made my day! Not only were they super friendly and helpful, but they were also rocking it behind the counter while keeping the place spotless. Visited yesterday to buy a cup of coffee. Waited on line while 4 people were ahead of me. Not one employee acknowledged anyone waiting, 100% ignored everyone. I understand you’re busy but just say “hello, I know you’re waiting and I’ll be right with you” or something like that. Other people on line agreed as we spoke but chalked it up to younger people with no social skills. I visit here a lot as I live near by but I need to stop visiting Starbucks and change brands of coffee.
The staff is great. They’re very agile and respectful.
