Lack of reading skills. Never have had a good experience here, hence why I stopped going. Big mistake on trying to give them the benefit of the doubt.
Great staff! Friendly service! Thanks for being a great start to any day.
Logan was very helpful!! Very good service!
Nice location but the service was ok - they seemed to not spend enough time training the gal who served us who could not make a Nitro very well. But overall convenient for where we were.
everytime i go in there lately my drink is wrong, and not filled to the top. and then i get a snarky message written on my cup saying to add more ice and there would be more drink?? how about fill up my cup all the way, yknow the drink i paid $7 for?? mind u i went to chicago for a week and got the same exact drink there multiple times and never had this problem. will not spend my money here ever again.
