came here on my hour long break and ended up waiting almost 30 mins for a grilled cheese and a iced chai? first of all took them 5 mins to even come to the front and then took the hot taking my order 3 tries to make my grilled cheese. the first two times the cheese was completely cold and then he came back to tell me they had no more. then they gave me my drink hot after i ordered it iced. Came in around 6:45 this morning and stood at the counter while the barista made someone else’s drink and chatted with them for about 10 minutes. Not once did they acknowledge me—no “I’ll be right with you,” nothing. Basic courtesy goes a long way, and this experience felt really rude and unwelcoming.

Muy mala es la segunda vez que pido mi bebida de macha con lavanda y nunca me la dan como debe de ser mezclan todo junto los chicos preparan la bebida como les da la gana no soy persona de quejarme ni escribir pero ya no me gusta ni el trato ni como preparan mi bebida ahí
