I buy A LOT of Starbucks,.this location needs help, cash is not accepted after 5pm (it has happened multiple times), the order app function is always "Unavailable" and today at 6pm local CST time I couldn't get a flat white because the machines are being cleaned and the location closes at 7pm. Personnel is friendly just frustrating that this is a pattern. This will have no effect on Starbucks as I will just go to another Starbucks location.
Cedric is AMAZING. All young people could learn from him about professionalism and courtesy. He always goes above and beyond.
came here on my hour long break and ended up waiting almost 30 mins for a grilled cheese and a iced chai? first of all took them 5 mins to even come to the front and then took the hot taking my order 3 tries to make my grilled cheese. the first two times the cheese was completely cold and then he came back to tell me they had no more. then they gave me my drink hot after i ordered it iced.
