Do NOT mobile order here, they will mark it complete, take your money, and then tell you they don’t use the ingredients so you have to figure out how to get your money back from Starbucks. Then Starbucks makes you go through a dispute process where MAYBE someday you will get your money back. Can’t even dispute the charge because the app makes you buy a Starbucks card through it!!! Insane, smells like fraud.
Used to be one of the only locations that made my drink right but, i don’t know if they got new staff that is just lazy or jot trained properly but always have to go back and have them make it correctly. or get my money back.
Whoever was working today around 1:00pm (so sorry I didn't look for names but it was a girl with red hair I believe and a guy with glasses) made the best gingerbread chai ever thank you so much 🤍

I don’t know who hired Bella, but she so absolutely amazing! So cheerful! Her spirit lifted my own this morning while purchasing my coffee! My coffee was strong and very tasty! Thank you guys!
