This is literally the worst Starbucks in the Cincinnati area. It never fails every single time I come here there is an issue and I don’t come here often. Never have a problem at any other Starbucks but this one.
Was just there after ordering from the app. A shorter dark haired lady, I can only assume was the manager, was pretty rude. Gave me a hard time because I got there too fast after placing a mobile order. Not sure how ordering thru the drive thru is better than the app. The stickers on my order were printed a few min before I got to the window so its not like there is a delay. I wouldn't be so put off if she would have asked nicely to give a few more minutes next time but that wasn't the case. Not the only coffee shop in town.... read more
Ordered two strawberry açaí refreshers, they both were so watered down they had no taste. I went into the store and asked them to remake, which they did. They tasted the same, no flavor. I go to many Starbucks around the U.S. and spend a lot of money on these drinks, I am tired of locations that water their base down to nothing. I will not be going back to this location.
Service is quick! If there is a line, the staff works together to keep it moving
I ordered a tomato and mozzarella on focaccia sandwich, They put two tiny tomatoes, and just a hint of cheese. For a seven dollar sandwich it’s absolutely ridiculous. I was so disappointed. I tried to attach a picture, but it didn’t work. I added it to the main page of pictures because WHAT on earth
