It seems like every time I go to the Starbucks on Yellowstone, the service gets worse and the portion is less and less. I asked them to just fill the cup up and they remade the drink and now it has no taste… it’s just warm milk. Need to go back to Dutch Bros
I’d been going to this location for years, but have now been going to the other locations or coffee spots for the past month because of a very negative experience my last visit. Most of the time, the baristas are very nice. But a newer barista was extremely rude and grouchy. I looked at her, and warmly thanked her. You have to watch that they make your drink correctly meaning hot or cold. I ordered a hot, but I got a cold.
This is the 4th time they have put egg on my breakfast sandwich, after putting no egg on order. I am allergic to eggs and tired of having to call The store to inform them that the order is wrong!!!The drive thru lady is also very rude!!
