I came as I do every other week for a meeting. I was early and asked for a small glass of water. I was told NEW POLICY unless you purchase something which I will be in 20 minutes I couldn't have water. WTH. If I didn't have a scheduled meeting I definitely would have left. Never a problem at any other locations?
Waited two minutes at the first ordering window for someone to come at 9AM. I kept saying hello to myself and when the lady started responding she said "one moment," took another whole two minutes and when she began talking with me she had the most annoyed and sarcastic voice. I told her I had a mobile order and she said "you ordered for in-store," like sorry to inconvenience you ma'm didn't know I ordered for "in store" but isn't it your job to get customers their orders and in a respectful and positive fashion???
