This used to be a great location, but lately the experience has noticeably declined. With the newer staff, things don’t seem to be running as smoothly. The last four times I’ve ordered a warm chai latte, it’s tasted more like plain steamed milk, and I couldn’t even finish it. The drive thru lines are also much longer than they used to be. This is THE Starbucks to stop by in the area. Always fast service for drinks that are made correctly. Friendly and welcoming employees. Better than another location down the street.
