ordered a venti pink drink with cold foam. The server didn’t seem to be having a good day which is fine. However when i received my drink it was almost half cold foam and less beverage. It wasn’t a mood killer i understand it was 30 minutes to close, i just felt it was necessary to share.
9/14 sunday 530pm floors dirty, coffee station a dirty mess, empty milk,tables not cleaned, window covered with fingerprints, always loud
It’s understandable for people to inquire about wait time for an order they placed 20 minutes ago. It’s not a great feeling being told just move and wait especially since they forgot to start it. :/ Maybe they were having a bad day, we’ll see next time…
