Just waited over 15 minutes for a black coffee… Incompetence at its best
I just bought an iced coffee earlier this morning and didn’t notice that the lid was broken/cracked. I took my first sip as I was pulling away from the drive-through window, and it spilled all over me. I would think employees would check for things like this to prevent spills onto customers. Good thing I got a cold drink and not a hot one.
