Coffee and food was hot with friendly and quick service.
I ordered a Iced Gingerbread Chai Latte a few times and got free refills by enjoying it in their establishment as per their rule. Today however they told me it's not part of the free refills and never was. The manager defended that I had not gotten 3 free refills at this location "Not at this location" Despite the two employees who gave me the free refills before we're standing there and served me in the past few weeks.
