Coffee was great and ready for pickup on time.
Ordered a drink at 9 o’clock in the morning on Monday on Uber Eats for pick up At 9:12 the app told me the drink was ready At 9:25 I went to pick it up and they told me it was not ready and they didn’t have time to make it Called and talk to stormy the store manager on the phone who told me to cancel the order because she couldn’t cancel it on her end Called Uber Eats back to let them know I was told to cancel it on my end and they told me they would call the restaurant to verify that to issue me a refund and stormy told the... read more
Terrible customer! Thought I could come here and get a refresher drink before work and waisted 25 mins of my time and still no drink ! They offered a refund and that’s it! I watch people come in and place their order after me and got their food with no problem! If you don’t have on a suit in tie they don’t care about you! Then have the nerve to have an attitude when you applied for this job
