Please stop cutting the cup holders in half. They are not stable at all and tip over and spill. No more Starbucks for me
Made wrong. Wrong size. Didn't fix when asked
This has become my go to starbucks in the area. Service is always top notch, Katie & Perez are particularly great, but I've not had one bad experience with the staff. Another big draw for me is the layout; it is a spacious location with good lighting for remote work. I have been extraordinarily happy with all my visits to this location.
This by far was the worst Starbucks experience thus far. I came to get my Pastor drink as always this morning. I add apple juice to his drink, I was told about a year ago by one of the managers that they dont do the bottle anymore. She told me how I would need to order it and which is what I’ve been doing. Well I get there this morning and the store manager had the worse attitude. I was trying to explain what I get and how the other manager told me how to order it.
