Extremely slow. No enthusiasm or effort to move the line or drinks. Disappointing
Cashiers didn't have time for their customers. Other airport staff members got all the attention, customers sidelined and alienated. Botched my drink too, undrinkable and $9.
Store opened at 5:15 AM. Cash drawer in at 5:30 AM. Staff much more interested in conversing with ground personnel than customers in line.
Everytime I come to Charlotte Airport this location has the worst customer service. Also, the slowest at making beverages. There's no happiness or positivity at this location.
