Service is slow and unprofessional. They have 3 employees on coffee and only 1 is making coffee as the other two mingle with airport employees. I waited 15 minutes for a coffee. I wasn't the only person waiting that approached the counter asking for their coffee due to unnecessary waiting times. Ill switch to the new Dunkin in the airport now when I travel in.
They charged me for my tea latte drink but didn’t know how to make it so just gave me tea. When I pointed out I was charged for it, they took my receipt and passed it around before they made it for me but it wasn’t correct. They then lot my other drink and food item. I waited for 45 minutes before I could get someone to talk to me. I asked for my other drink and food but because they took my receipt I didn’t have proof. They gave me what they thought I wanted. Quite possibly the worst cappuccino I have ever had. Scalding hot, burnt flavor, foam looked like dish soap rather than milk. The service was rude. Please shut down this location and save anybody else from this disgusting $8 cappuccino. I forgot to mention there were 5 people working. It wasn’t busy
