Whoever the female was who was working the drive thru at 11:30 AM today happened to be extremely unpleasant and rude. We ordered an iced drink and received it hot. We weren’t bothered, just figured we’d let them know and they’d make a new one. This worker took the drink without saying anything, slammed the window shut, came back and handed the drink without saying a word and shut the window again. I wanted to take the time to shout out Alena who works at this Starbucks. I accidentally ordered from the wrong Starbucks and instead of giving me attitude like I’ve received at other ones, she was so kind about it remaking my drink right then. I can’t describe how appreciative I was for her kindness, even knowing it was my mistake and not Starbucks’. Truly great customer service and again, a huge thank you!!
the pretty girl with the brown hair is amazing!! came through the drive thru with my boyfriend got a venti mango dragonfruit with water no lemonade and extra berries because i can’t have too much sugar for heart related issues and my boyfriend got a venti mocha cookie crumble, it was taking a bit of time to get the mocha after i got my refresher, and it had lemonade unfortunately. the girl asked what we were waiting on which was the mocha and i told her i got lemonade and not water which unfortunately i can’t have the lemona... read more
Terrible place, every time I stop by, they mess up my order. Last time I ordered, I was served a hot drink instead of cold, server was very unpleasant.
