Horrible customer service. I said thank you when picking up my drinks and the worker just looked at me with a frown on her face. One of my drinks was incorrect as well.
The employees at this Starbucks were very polite. The young blonde man who helped me was extremely respectful and timely. The place was clean and my order was great.
Very friendly, professional, and helpful staff! The store is always clean and well-organized—you can tell the team here genuinely cares. Great experience every time!
Rude staff. They can’t get the drinks right, nor can they multitask. Bunch of snobs. I was given an attitude for pulling up to the window, when I sat there for 2 minutes -said hello, no one answered. He had the audacity to ask me if I stopped at the speaker box, and snapped saying they get busy. LOL - comes back to the window with snark. How pathetic :). I hope that made you feel so cool. I’m doing a 3 star because I don’t think this is necessarily the employees fault but I am a single mom to a one year old and had a whole day planned.. breakfast at Starbucks where I bought two oatmeal’s, one for her and one for me along with a Frappuccino, she’s out of her infant car seat already so I expected there to be high chairs in there as all the Latham locations and north greenbush have high chairs. I bring my baby in to Starbucks and look for the high chairs and they said they don’t have any. I’m kind of shocked in ... read more
