Stopped at a free standing Starbucks at the Wind Creed Casino exit on the interstate. It was absolutely the worst experience I ever had. I paid for one Venti drink and used points for a second venti drink. They would not give me any points for the drink I paid for since I was using points for the second. Duh, makes no sense to me. On top of that, we got back on the interstate and started drinking out drinks and they were awful. Tasted like water with a drop of chocolate flavored water added to it. Great service!
A Saturday morning at 9:10 AM. Drive thru. Slow service because staff was unsure what exactly they even had! They were out of three breakfast sandwiches and cold brew. This is unreal. We left.
