If I could leave zero stars I would. I approached the counter after checking out with my groceries. I was not acknowledged. The Starbucks employee walked past me 2 times (There was nobody else in line). She then walked to the register and looked at me with a blank stare, no hi, no how can I help you, NOTHING. I have to say i usually never have a problem with starbucks!! But this i just can't tolerate. This review is the one in Williamsburg in the harris teeter store. The lady never acknowledged me. Slammed every cup down. Walked away and then came back to the register irritability so and then stared at me and never asked me what I wanted to order. No smile nothing.
