I checked coffee places near the water, when traveling to charleston, and I figured hey starbucks, you can rely on them, open at 6:00 a.m.. nope, this place is inside of a grocery store. I walked in the grocery store at 6:05 and the place wasn't open yet, and showed no signs of being open anytime soon. Really not okay for a morning coffee place. I'm never going to rely on Starbucks again.
I am usually very patient, but this was a terrible experience. I placed this order way in advance and was told it was going to be ready at 4:26. I get to the location at 4:30 and the barista hadn’t started making it, but still stopped to take the order of 6 people in front of me. It’s 4:46 and I’m still standing waiting on the drink which has not been started. Starbucks needs to do better. This totally defeats the purpose of mobile ordering.
Came here after a long day at work and got an energy drink, despite my complicated order the server was really patient and understanding and it tasted amazing. Shoutout Jermaine!
