This Starbucks inside the Harris Teeter is convenient, but the experience just wasn’t great. The service was slow even though there weren’t many people in line, and my drink didn’t taste as fresh as it usually does at other locations. It felt a little rushed and inconsistent, like they were trying to juggle too much at once. Was excited to order my birthday drink (which I ordered ahead around 7pm), but the associate seemed to have shut down business as the lights were turned off and I didn’t even see her when I approached. She’d made “a” drink, but it was absolutely horrible and I’m pretty sure she just gave me whatever was left because she didn’t want to make anything new. There was even something slimy in it?! 🤮 What a disappointment.
This is a typical Starbucks with a great service and great coffee.
