I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at the Starbucks inside Kroger. I spent close to $30 on drinks I’ve ordered many times before, including my usual caramel Frappuccino. When I received it, it was clearly made incorrectly—it was almost white with caramel drizzle, instead of the typical light brown color. I bought two cups of coffee this morning, and one of them was made incorrectly. The waiter wouldn't admit it, and I was really disappointed with his attitude.
Staff were very friendly! Drinks were ready from in app ordering and made perfectly! Unfortunately the tipping in mobile app is not working.
