My drink was nothing but ice. My first sip was straight expresso. That drink was totally disgusting. The guy making it used too much ice for starters. Then added my one shot of expresso after he blended everything. I didn't even bother getting.mu money back. I handed the drink back and left. The one on folly by PetSmart is way better!! They know what they are doing.
Consistently the Slowest Starbucks in the world
I came here the other day, the older lady who took my order (Kristal?) was so rude. She didn’t even acknowledge me at the counter for a good 2 or 3 minutes. The actual barista who made my order was so backed up that it took almost 30 minutes to get to my drink. It was very good and she was clearly doing her best, but the one who took my order seemed like she wasn’t helping at all. 30 minutes at a Starbucks for 1 coffee is absurd.
The staff works hard and this isn’t their fault. This is a leadership failure. They are catastrophically understaffed and I commonly wait 30-40 mins for a drink here.
Judi is the worse person to take your order here at this Starbucks location I’ve never had contact with someone as rude as her, she needs to stay home whenever she’s not having a good day.
