Was getting some drinks (3) with relatives. One of the relatives is saying our orders to this young male worker who had long hair that was not even tied up… he starts making our 3 drinks and they come out one by one. There is also another worker, female, she is just walking around and writing stuff onto paper (probably inventory)? I waited about 30 minutes for one coffee
I was floored at my experience tonight. I arrived a little after 7. There were two workers, one was doing inventory and another was making drinks for the 3 customers waiting on their orders. Neither of these workers said hi, smiled, or even looked my way. I sat there for nearly 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. The one guy walked in front of me to count inventory twice with no acknowledgment. Ordered a caramel ribbon crunch and got I don't know what when she was making it she made the wrong square in the cup and had to empty it out twice and then she added something else in there not sure what it was but there was no crunch on it and no caramel whipped cream was very little it's ridiculous to pay this much for something you're not getting totally unsatisfied
