This is the first time I’ve experienced such unfriendly service at Starbucks. Especially the middle-aged Asian woman—can she not speak? On top of that, her facial expression was extremely rude. Ugh.
Good food and good service
Anna has a bad attitude and didn’t make the drink correctly.
Ordered a hot coffee. That’s all. A hot coffee, asked her to put it in my Starbucks cup, she put the cream in before anything which makes the sugar not dissolve and not only that poured the whole cup in so it overflowed and spilled everywhere. Didn’t look like she hardly knew what she was doing which IS NOT her fault. TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE BEFORE PUTTING THEM OUT ON THE FLOOR BY THEMSELVES. Horrible
