Very bad experience at this Starbucks kiosk today. I waited almost 10 minutes and no employee was there. I had to ask a Kroger employee to call the Starbucks worker using the intercom. When she came back, she was upset and rude, saying she was just getting supplies and asking why I called. There was no note saying she would be back, and she didn’t apologize for the long wait. Very disappointing service. I will not come back to this location again.
Twice I came here and both times I had bad experience. Bad customer service and one time they said they ran out of coffee at 5:30 pm. Not sure what to make of it but not recommending this store and like others said will take the extra time to go to a nearby location.
I’m not usually one to leave a review but I am today. I DO NOT RECOMMEND you come to this Starbucks… there’s a Starbucks down the street that is way better. I came here today because it just seemed convenient and I was waiting at the counter for about 10 minutes before I went to someone who works at Kroger to get an employee for Starbucks. Ordered a glaze white with 1raw sugar and an ice pumpkin chia latte. The Barista ( middle aged Asia woman) who is not very friendly did not put any chia in the latte. It was a very orange in color with heavy cinnamon on top. The flat white was to have had 1 raw sugar added and she for got and poured it on top. I voiced my concern and she made a new flat white. This is not the first time we have had difficulty getting the drinks made correctly by this Barista
