I normally do not leave bad reviews, but I had the worst experience today. When I went up, the middle age asian lady that was working had a VERY bad attitude. I said "Hi how are you doing today" and she responded "What do you want". ZERO customer service. I told her that I would like the Mango Dream Energy and showed her a picture on the app. She says okay Mango Dream and tells me the price. Kalonnie is a wonderful person and an extremely friendly personality. She is an outstanding model for the highest degree of customer service and professionalism. The drinks she made are all consistent and to order. Kalonnie deserves recognition for her dedication!!!!
Very bad experience at this Starbucks kiosk today. I waited almost 10 minutes and no employee was there. I had to ask a Kroger employee to call the Starbucks worker using the intercom. When she came back, she was upset and rude, saying she was just getting supplies and asking why I called. There was no note saying she would be back, and she didn’t apologize for the long wait. Very disappointing service. I will not come back to this location again.
